The Found book came out in April and I somehow missed it. No matter - I've got it now. The title says it all: "Found: The Best Lost, Tossed, and Forgotten Items from Around the World". It's an amazing collection of notes, photos, and other lost and found bits. The note on the left was the piece that finally inspired long-time collector Davy Rothbart to start his magazine. If you can spare the $15 or so then go buy yourself a copy immediately. I picked mine up at a real, non-chain bookstore (support them when you can) but you can also get it from Amazon for a few bucks off of the cover price.
