I ordered myself a couple jars of hot sauce as soon as I found out that Torchbearer Sauces had opened their online store. mmmm hot sauce... After reading a few reviews over at the Hot Sauce Blog, I decided to pick up a jar of the #11 Sugar Fire Sauce and a jar of the #7 Sultry Sauce.

The Sultry Sauce isn't bad. The flavor is good and the heat is nice, but I think that I'll try another one next time. The Sugar Fire Sauce, however, is *yum*. It's a little thin and maybe a tad shy of the perfect amount of heat, but it's still a delicious sauce. Here are the actual ingredients: papaya, mango, mandarin oranges, habanero peppers, brown sugar, pumpkin spice. I can't wait to have it with some vanilla ice cream or maybe try the pancake recipe that Torchbearer has on their web site.
